About Elevate Balance Wellness

As a Registered Nurse having years of experience in hospital care, I have witnessed firsthand the importance of hydration, preventative care, and early wellness interventions. Too often, patients arrive in crisis when proactive health measures could have improved their outcomes and quality of life. These experiences inspired me to create Elevate Balance Wellness, a wellness clinic dedicated to empowering individuals in my community to take charge of their health before reaching that point.

Elevate Balance Wellness provides IV hydration, vitamin therapy, weight loss injections in a safe, professional, and compassionate environment. Our mission is simple: to help patients restore balance, boost wellness, and feel elevated in their everyday lives. By offering mobile services we aim to make preventative health accessible, convenient, and personalized.

What sets us apart is the foundation of nursing professionalism and evidence-based care behind every service we provide. My background as an ICU nurse and ER nurse equips me to prioritize safety, quality, and patient-centered care in every aspect of the business. I believe wellness is not just about short-term fixes but about building trust, education, and long-term health habits.

Through Elevate Balance Wellness, my goal is to bridge the gap between hospital-level care and proactive wellness. By combining professional nursing standards with approachable, cash-based services, I seek to serve my community and the surrounding communities with a standard of excellence rooted in compassion, accessibility, and integrity.

Here for You

We are here to give you the best possible services, so you leave healthier than you arrived, and with more options for good health. We work collaboratively and cooperatively to ensure you get the very best services, whatever your needs.

Common Questions

Q: Does Elevate Balance Wellness accept insurance?

A: No, EBW does not accept insurance. The reason being, most insurance companies do not pay for elected wellness interventions, and most need to have a documented medical condition like severe dehydration or chronic illness. Since we are not an Urgent Care or Primary Care Office, we do not see patients for the treatment of their medical conditions.

Q: Can I book an appointment when I'm feeling sick?

A: Certainly! However, we do not prescribe antibiotics, antivirals, or manage chronic conditions. If you are feeling under-the-weather, feel free to book us for our "Sick Drip". This drip contains high-dose Vitamin C with zinc and B-complex to strengthen your defenses; added with the IV fluids to help you kick your nasty cold/flu and keep you hydrated!

Q: I ordered lab work; who can I discuss the results with?

A: Our Medical Director reads and interprets the lab results. You can always take your lab results to your primary care provider (always highly recommended) as well. If the medical director finds anything amiss in your results, it will be noted and you would be advised to see your PCP. If you have further questions, you can talk with our medical director by scheduling a telehealth visit for the $__ fee, and they can be explained to you more thoroughly.

Q: What is your missed appointment policy?

A: Here at EBW, we realize that LIFE HAPPENS! Our policy is that if you missed your self-scheduled appointment, you have options. You can call and try to reschedule for the same day with no fee. If you schedule an appointment, and do not reschedule for the same day, a $50 fee will apply.

Q: I'm a hard stick! What happens if you don't get my vein?

A: Rest assured! In the unlikely event we cannot get a vein after 3 tries, the service will be cancelled at no cost to you, or you can rebook and try again another day after some oral hydration. Our RNs are highly skilled at IV insertion. With previous experience in ER/ICU and prior Phlebotomy experience, there is rarely a time a vein can't be hit!

Q: What is the process for getting IM shots for weight loss?

A: For your safety, before any IM shots can be ordered for weight loss, a consultation MUST take place with the provider. This cost is $50, and can be done via telehealth. If services are approved, the $50 will be taken off your first order.

Q: Do you do group drips?

A: YES! The process is a little different, so you would need to contact the clinic to get it set up in advance. Payment for most "group drips" are to be made in advance, in case we need to order more supplies and to secure your time frame. This option is perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, businesses, fitness groups, celebrations, girls-night pre-gaming, ANY event - and we will come to YOU! **Discounts offered for groups of 3 or more!**
